Bib will be given on the morning of the event from 6:00 - 7:30.

The first edition of the Resev Mon Songe Forest Loop is happening on the 13th June 2026. A new concept in Mauritius & promises loads of fun & team tactics. Who in your team will be running more than 1 loop & when to be competitive compared to the other teams?

The concept: a team consisting of either 3 or 4 runners must complete 5 complete loops on a 5km course.  Each runner completes one full lap individually, and the 5th lap must be completed together by the entire team.

If your team consists of 3 runners, 1 runner will do 3 loops & the other 2 will do 2 loops only.

If your team consists of 4 runners, each team member will run only 2 loops. (1 loop of 5km each & last loop all together)

Team Composition

Mixed Team must consist of at least 1 women.

Classification & Prize-Winning Categories

To be officially classified, the team must complete all 5 loops in total with the last loop together.

Relay handover

• The relay handover takes place after the finish line, within the designated relay zone. 
• The relay exchange is valid only after crossing the finish line within the relay exchange zone.
• The bracelet remains the property of the organizers and must be returned after the race on withdrawal or at the finish.

Bib & Relay Bracelet

• Each team must be in possession of a race bib holder, and the bib must be worn on the front.
• The relay bracelet is passed onto each runner after completion of loop in the designated realy zone.

Cut Off Time

The cut-off time is at the 4th lap. The exact time will be announced once the course is finalized.

Race Rules and Regulations

• The race is run on a 5 km loop within Reserv Mon Songe.
• The route follows a clear marked course with visible balisage. (colour Red)

Withdrawal - mandatory notification

• If a runner within the team decides to stop, they must inform the Race Organisers as soon as possible.
• A team is officially withdrawn only once the organisers have been notified and the runner is checked in at base camp.

Ravito

A ravito table will be available at the designated relay zone.

Safety

Ambulance will be available during the time of the event.

No refunds but substitutions allowed before the start of the event.
