Participant

Each participant will get:

  • Bib
  • Logistics (supplies, meals, checkpoints)

  • Civil liability insurance
  • 1 finisher medal

Documents

Each participant must provide:

  • 1 recent passport photo
  • 1 copy of identity document (CIN or passport; 1 birth certificate if minor)
  • 1 parental authorization for minors 
  • 1 medical certificate of less than three (3) months attesting to the physical fitness of the competitor to take part in a sporty long-distance hike at altitude

Prize Giving Categories

All participants in UTCS races are grouped into one of the thirteen (13) age categories
Men and women listed in the table below (the age used is the age at which the race):

A copy of the official identity document will be requested with each registration, in order to verify and certify the category of each participant. -
The age categories taken into account above are those applied to the season 2025-2026 (from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026).

Bib Collection & Briefing

Date: Saturday 15th November 2025

Venue:  Kiosque ORTANA Antaninarenina (enceinte du jardin public)

Time:  09h00 à 17h00

Briefing: 

  • 13h30  mandatory for Ultra Tour competitors (127.5 km)
  • 2:00 pm: Mandatory briefing for the competitors Trail Vakinisisaony (48.3 km) and Discovery Vakinisisaony (29 km)
  • 2:30 pm: Mandatory briefing for the competitors Trail Avaradrano (47 km) and Discovery Avaradrano (23 km)

All briefing sessions will take place in the Antaninarenina garden.

Medical

A multidisciplinary medical team, mobilized by the organization, will be present throughout the duration of the event. It will provide medical and paramedical assistance to competitors at checkpoints.
